Ordering and Delivery Information

Ordering through our online store is easy: simply choose your products and head to the checkout.

Once you have finished shopping, simply go to the checkout and place your order. Our system will calculate an estimated total cost of your order, which will be stored in your shopping cart. To help you with ordering, we've included some guides for product amounts, together with the price per kilogram.

We also accommodate special requests for your convenience, such as cutting steaks to your favourite thickness, a whole chicken in eight pieces etc. Simply add your request in the 'Special Request Box' at the checkout.

Our goods are based on a per kilo rate, therefore the actual cost of each item will be plus or minus 15% of the price listed. For you this means that you only pay for what you actually receive. The total listed on your order confirmation email will be an approximate value. Once your order is packed and we know the exact amount, we will call to confirm and clarify your order before delivery or pickup.

All products are delivered in our refrigerated van straight to your door. Orders of $100.00 or more are delivered free; less than $100.00 attract a $5.00 fee.

Workplace Delivery

Not at home during our delivery times? Thats fine, we can arrange delivery to your workplace. Just take an esky to work that day, or use your workplace fridge to store your order until hometime!

Payment Options & Refunds

You can use our mobile Eftpos service at your doorstep or you can pay cash on delivery, whichever you prefer. We don't store credit card details on our system and we certainly don't expect you to pay for your order until it is delivered to you.

Refunds

We will endeavour to provide our customer with premium product and services at all times.

However, should you wish to return or exchange a product that is not to your satisfaction please contact us immediately by phone - 54 95 1003.

To obtain a refund or credit it is the customer's responsibility to return the product to the shop. Please include copy of invoice/printout of order confirmation showing name, address, invoice number and date of order when returning.
